Job description

Kforce has a client seeking a remote Senior Java Developer to join their team. This team supports an experience across both varying customers, including accelerating an expansion of the application for a specific side of the business., This individual will work across the frontend and backend, helping build and enhance applications from scratch using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Google Cloud Platform. The team is looking for someone comfortable building enterprise-scale applications and microservices in a fast-paced Agile environment. The project will also incorporate AI into the application, so experience working with AI technologies or integrating AI functionality is valuable.

Requirements

Strong Java development experience
Experience with Spring Boot and microservices
Strong React experience
Hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience
Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend
Experience building applications/services from scratch
Experience with RESTful APIs
Experience with cloud-based, scalable enterprise applications
Exposure to AI integration or AI-enabled applications
Strong communication and ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
