Tonkean Platform Support / Workflow Automation Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Tonkean Platform Support / Workflow Automation Consultant with strong experience in Tonkean administration, workflow automation, process orchestration, integrations, and production support.

The ideal candidate will provide L1/L2/L3 support, troubleshoot workflows and integrations, configure Tonkean solutions, and work closely with business and enterprise application teams.

Tonkean Platform Administration & Support Workflow Automation & Process Orchestration REST APIs & JSON Integration Troubleshooting L1/L2/L3 Application Support Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis UAT, Production Deployment & Hypercare Workflow Configuration & Enhancement SAP / Coupa / ServiceNow / Salesforce / Workday Microsoft Teams / Outlook User Access & Security Roles Release Validation & Production Migration Agile Methodology ITIL Processes, * Monitor Tonkean solutions, modules, workflows, and integrations.

• Troubleshoot workflow execution, notifications, forms, APIs, and integration issues.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
• Configure and enhance Tonkean modules, intake forms, approval workflows, and dashboards.
• Support business users during UAT, production releases, and hypercare.
• Maintain workflow documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Coordinate with SAP, Coupa, business teams, and external vendors.
• Manage user access, security roles, and governance controls.
• Support release validation and production migrations.
• Follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
