Job description

  • Installation und Konfiguration von Endgeräten, sowie der Personalisierung
  • Durchführen von IT Supportarbeiten inkl. Wartung und Reparatur) anhand der übermittelten Service Request-Tickets
  • Transport-, und Bereitstellung der Endgeräte vom Lager bis zum Endkunden-Arbeitsplatz
  • Status-Pflege und Dokumentation in den führenden Ticket- und Assetsystemen
  • Einweisung von Endusern, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
  • Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
  • Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
  • Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
  • Mitarbeiterempfehlungsprogramm
  • Langfristige Kundeneinsätze
  • Hohe Übernahmequote beim Kunden

Requirements

  • Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT Servicetechniker (m/w/d), IT Systemtechniker (m/w/d), etc. oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen im Support und der Installation von Notebooks sowie Desktop- und Mobile Devices und der Betriebssysteme MS Windows (Win7 und Win10)
  • Kenntnisse im Office Bereich (Installation und Grundeinrichtung)
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Installation, Reparatur und Aufrüstung von Hard- und Software
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein (Klasse B)
