Job description

  • Entgegennahme von Helpdesk-Anrufen und erfassen der Meldungen im Ticketsystem
  • Behebung von Störungen und Klärung von Anfragen im Service Desk bzw. User Helpdesk
  • First und Second Level Support für IT-Anwender und technischer Support
  • Durchführen von dokumentierten Serviceprozeduren auf IT-Kundensystemen, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
  • Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
  • Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
  • Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
  • Mitarbeiterempfehlungsprogramm
  • Langfristige Kundeneinsätze
  • Hohe Übernahmequote beim Kunden

Requirements

  • Praxiserfahrung im IT Support oder Anwendersupport
  • Gerne auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit guten IT-Kenntnissen
  • Fundiertes Windows-Infrastruktur-Wissen
  • Erfahrung bei der Installation und Administration von Client Betriebssystemen
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Microsoft Office-Paketen
