Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Analyst

This is why right from the beginning; our analysts and solution-builders work closely with our clients to ensure that the project outcomes continue to deliver value long into the future., * Perform Identity and Access Management services to protect the confidentiality, availability, integrity, and non-repudiation of sensitive and classified information and systems. Serve as an IA SME for access and identity management policies and procedures. Support PKI Registration Authority functions, including subscriber identity verification, certificate request processing, approval, revocation, suspension/restoration, privileged token and server/application certificate support, PKI issue resolution, audits, documentation, training, and compliance activities. Support ServiceNow incident and service-task queues and coordinate assigned cybersecurity/CERT actions within required timeframes.

• IT-I Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at time of proposal submission

Education/ Certification Mandatory:

• DoD Approved 8570/8140 Baseline Certification, IAT Level II required. DoD PKI Registration Authority (RA) Certification required. Current required certifications must be provided with the resume. Work Experience Mandatory:

• Minimum seven (7) years of relevant IT experience. Must be capable of performing Identity and Access Management services and serving as an Information Assurance SME for access and identity management policies and procedures. Must understand DoD identity, credential, and access management implementation and how DoD Instruction 8520.03 is applied to validate and control access to systems and data.

Education/Certifications Nice To Have:

• Current DLA-approved Computing Environment certification aligned to the individual’s role and IAT level is advantageous where applicable, and must be maintained if required during performance.

Work Experience Nice To Have:

• Direct experience with DoD/DLA PKI Registration Authority operations, SIPRNet/NIPRNet token lifecycle management, certificate issuance/revocation, ServiceNow incident/task resolution, audit support, and PKI training is strongly preferred.
