Prior to Leddy Group, Katy spent almost a decade as an assistant coach of women’s basketball for Carnegie Mellon, SNHU, and UNH. She earned a B.A. in Human Services & Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from SNHU., * Provide documentation and technical support/troubleshooting for products including plumbing, electrical, gas, and venting

• Help create technical service procedures and bulletin documentation
• Attend field job sites for product support as required, and communicate feedback to sales, service, and engineering groups
• Act as a liaison between technical support and engineering as new troubleshooting requirements become necessary
• Participate in new product development process by attending product and service review meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree in a technical major preferred
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC systems, equipment, design, applications, and service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and CAD
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings as well as engineering specifications and design
• Knowledge and understanding of boiler and water heater sequencing, building management systems, and building automation systems (BACNet, Lon Works, Modbus)

Pay for this Technical Service Specialist position depends on experience, ranging from $70K-$80K/year. We look forward to connecting with you!
