• Brand Evolution: Executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across web and print media.
• User Experience: Implementing UX/UI and accessibility standards to ensure websites are optimized for all devices.
• Content Creation: Developing graphics, icons, and video content for social media, and taking professional photos/videos as needed.
• Collaboration: Partnering with developers, content creators, and cross-functional teams like Sales and Operations to align with business goals.

• Bilingualism: The ability to speak Spanish is considered a plus.
• Multimedia Expertise: Practical experience in photography is highly beneficial for capturing original content for web and print.
• Marketing Strategy: A solid working knowledge of brand development, interactive commerce, and the creative process.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in web design, maintenance, and creative marketing roles.

• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, and WordPress.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a “continual learner” mindset.
