Job description

The successful Infrastructure Technician will provide hands-on third-line support, and be responsible for maintaining the availability, performance and resilience of a complex technical environment, while also contributing to infrastructure projects, technical upgrades and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Technician, supporting complex enterprise infrastructure environments in a senior or third-line capacity. \n

  • Strong technical expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and Microsoft-based infrastructure technologies. \n

  • Experience administering virtualisation platforms such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V. \n

  • Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, Firewalls and network security principles. \n

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure-connected services, backup solutions and disaster recovery technologies. \n

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to resolve critical technical issues independently. \n
