  • bearbeiten Nutzeranfragen von der Annahme über die Fehleranalyse bis hin zur Entwicklung von Lösungen
  • betreuen nationale und internationale Supportanfragen persönlich, telefonisch oder per E-Mail

Requirements

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT Sektor, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT Kundenbetreuer, IT System Elektroniker oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Arbeitsweise, die auf die Findung von Lösungen ausgerichtet ist
  • erste Berufserfahrung im IT Service oder gezielt im Support
  • ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit
  • gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
