Job description

  • Telefon Support & Administration im 1st Level Team
  • Installation/Vorbereitung von Kundensystemen
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an Kundensystemen
  • Überwachung unserer Monitoringsysteme, sowie die Behebung der daraus resultierende Alarmmeldungen
  • Austausch mit dem 2nd Level zur Übergabe von 2nd Level Aufgabenstellungen

Requirements

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in der Installation/Administration von Microsoft Server- und Desktop Produkten
  • Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Troubleshooting
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich der Virtualisierungstechnik (HyperV & VMware) gesammelt
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Firewall (Sophos, OPNsense), Microsoft 365/Azure & Sicherungstechniken (Veeam) von Vorteil
  • Du bist Teamplayer, motiviert und selbstständig
  • Kommunikative Kompetenz ist für Dich kein Fremdwort
