Austausch, Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Arbeitsrechnern und IT-Systemen fĂźr unsere Kunden Vorbereitung von Hardware und Software fĂźr den reibungslosen Einsatz im BĂźroalltag Direkter Vor-Ort-Support beim Kunden zur LĂśsung technischer Fragestellungen Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von IT-StĂśrungen (Incident Management), Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag

Requirements

Eine fachspezifische Qualifikation im IT-Bereich, erworben durch mehrjährige praktische Tätigkeit im IT-Support

  • Vorhandene Fachkenntnisse in der Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Windows-basierten Desktop-Systemen
  • Erste Erfahrung im Austausch, in der Wartung und Inbetriebnahme Hardware (PCs, Notebooks, Peripheriegeräte)
  • Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Incident Management idealerweise mit Ticketsystemen
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik (LAN/WAN, WLAN, TCP/IP) wĂźnschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am direkten Vor-Ort-Kontakt
