Telephony Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Telephony Consultant to support a strategic initiative focused on evaluating and negotiating enterprise telephony and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) agreements. This consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, helping optimize licensing, reduce costs, identify contract risks, and ensure the organization achieves the best commercial outcomes during contract renewals and extensions., * Lead commercial negotiations for enterprise telephony and cloud contact center platform agreements.

• Assess current telephony and CCaaS environments to determine the minimum licensing and product requirements needed during the extension period.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with telecommunications and contact center vendors.
• Analyze and evaluate competitive alternatives to support informed business decisions.
• Identify contractual, financial, and operational risks within proposed extension agreements.
