Salesforce Architect - INTL Brazil

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to support one of our global Manufacturing & Technology clients. This client has multiple siloed business units who operate with their own teams. One of these business units is looking to make some major upgrades and enhancements to their existing Salesforce environment. This business unit has a 3rd party vendor that will be doing majority of the hands-on technical work for this project, but the enterprise level Salesforce team wants to ensure that they design something that is scalable for the whole organization. We are seeking a strong Salesforce Architect to work closely with the business leaders and the vendors technical team to design the solutions. The goal is to ensure that the work being done is something that other business units are able to leverage and Wabtec can scale up over the years. The start of this project would take a lot of time to get to know the upgrades being made, the business requests, and how the Salesforce team operates from an enterprise level to ensure that this solution is scalable.

5+ years of experience as an Architect

Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud modules

Working experience in the majority of the following areas:

Omni - Channel routing

Agent force (internal agent & external agent)

Data360

Salesforce Voice

Knowledge Management

Einstein Case Classification

Experience Cloud site design

Telephony integrations

System Integrations
