Salesforce Technical Architect - Agentforce Voice

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with extensive experience designing and implementing Agentforce Voice (formerly Service Cloud Voice) solutions. This individual will serve as the technical leader responsible for architecture, design, integration strategy, and hands-on delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center solutions.

The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce platform expertise with practical experience integrating telephony, voice routing, CRM workflows, and AI-driven customer service capabilities. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and implementation teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing customer engagement solutions.

8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including architecture and technical leadership responsibilities.

-Proven experience serving as a Salesforce Technical Architect on enterprise implementations.

-Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Agentforce Voice (Service Cloud Voice) solutions.

-Strong expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, and Contact Center capabilities.

-Experience designing voice-enabled customer service solutions and agent desktop experiences.

-Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing models, and governance frameworks.

-Experience leading Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
