Salesforce Sr. Solution Architect - Agentforce Financial Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with extensive experience designing and implementing Agentforce Financial Services (Financial Services Cloud) solutions. This individual will serve as the strategy leader responsible for designing and configuring solutions for a Financial client. They will help lead the strategy going forward as the client looks to expand on the existing FSC instance and move into the agentforce use cases.

The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce platform expertise with practical experience integrating telephony, voice routing, CRM workflows, and AI-driven customer service capabilities. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and implementation teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing customer engagement solutions.

8+ years of Salesforce experience with progressive architecture responsibilities.

-5+ years of Salesforce Solution Architecture experience.

-Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

-Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

-Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and governance.

-Experience facilitating executive-level strategy discussions and solution workshops.

-Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.

-Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.

-Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
