Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Services revenue operations team with performance measurement, reporting, and strategic insight. Our goal is to connect data, dashboards, and analysis so leadership can make faster, clearer decisions and scale the business with confidence., * Design, build, and maintain dashboards that track business performance and funnel health.

• Develop and maintain KPIs that provide real-time visibility into business health and program effectiveness.
• Analyze conversion rates, drop-off points, and recurring trends, then deliver clear recommendations to improve impact and efficiency.
• Own SQL-based querying, data wrangling, and reporting automation while partnering with cross-functional teams to address data quality or access issues.

• Prior experience at marketplaces (Uber, Doordash, Lyft, Instacart) and startups is required
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Superset.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, querying, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights in written format.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses for non-technical, senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analytics, data, business operations, or a related field.
