Direct the daily IT operations and strategic roadmap for enterprise resource planning and logistics applications. Manage complex EDI data integrations to support international supply chain and procurement workflows. Lead root cause analysis initiatives to significantly reduce recurring production issues and maintenance tickets. Automate operational processes and develop key performance dashboards to improve system reliability and uptime. Enforce strict change management, security controls, and audit compliance across all proprietary business systems. Manage and mentor a dedicated team of IT professionals while coordinating with global technical delivery partners. Partner closely with business stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements and resolve critical supply chain challenges. 15 or more years of experience in enterprise ERP systems and international supply chain operations. Proficiency in EDI integrations and managing complex proprietary order management platforms. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Experience in IT operations utilizing APIs, middleware, message queues, and file-based integrations. Experience with data-driven performance dashboards, root cause analysis, and incident management methodologies. Experience in implementing ITIL, Agile, or Lean/Six Sigma frameworks to optimize process efficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead cross-functional technical teams.
