ServiceNow Portal Developer

As the owner of our Customer-facing ServiceNow Portal, this person will be an HTML/CSS/JavaScript whiz motivated to create a modern, accessible user experience. The role also serves as Salesforce and Pardot administrator, supporting Outreach and Growth functions to attract potential Customers. · Create and improve ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets for both existing and potential Customers · Maximize ServiceNow Portal search engine functionality using advanced tags and filters · Collaborate with Service Catalog Manager to enhance Portal interface

Undergraduate degree, HTML/CSS expert, JavaScript proficient, UI design expert Desired Skills: ITIL Foundations; familiarity with 508 (EIR) accessibility compliance; ITSM ticketing experience; Agile/Scrum experience; experience with system properties and working in update sets; experience with workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules; familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and mobile interfaces; ability to support continual service improvement by investigating and proposing alternative designs; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer
