IT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team at Dayton Roger’s Contract. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our organization’s computer systems and networks. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company., Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
• Monitor and maintain system performance and security
• Identify and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and functionality
• Train and assist end-users with technology-related questions and issues

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
