IT SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team full-time. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of our company’s information technology systems and infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with network security and data backup procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
