Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide both remote and onsite technical support to end users in the Somerset, KY area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on desktop support experience, and excellent communication/customer service skills., * Provide desktop support to end users both remotely and in person.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software in a Windows-based environment.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting.
• Document issues, resolutions, and support activities.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professional interactions with users.
• Lift and carry equipment and work in physically demanding or uncomfortable positions when necessary.

• 1-2+ years of hands-on desktop support experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows environments.
• Basic network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy equipment and work in varying physical conditions.
