Requirements

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support technician with a high aptitude for customer service. Candidates must be able to work onsite in the Pikeville, KY area. Our client’s technician’s interface with the agency users remotely and in person, meaning customer service skills are as essential as technical skills., * Candidates must have experience related directly with desktop support (1 - 2 years minimum), including installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a windows-based environment.

  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Candidate’s must be able to lift and carry heavy objects/work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time.
