Workforce Software (WFS) Implementation Consultant

• Location: Remote - potential travel monthly/quarterly

• Client Environment: Working on behalf of a Big 4 management consulting firm supporting an enterprise client transformation, We are seeking an experienced Workforce Software Configuration Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract assignment supporting a Big 4 consulting firm’s enterprise client. In this role, you will operate within workforce technology consulting to guide clients through large-scale HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery model modernization. You will evaluate HR processes, policies, and systems to optimize workforce operations and enhance payroll effectiveness., * Lead hands-on system configuration for Workforce Software (WFS) and ensure seamless alignment with ADP platforms.
• Assess client HR processes, policies, and technology systems, offering guidance to optimize workforce efficiency and service delivery quality.
• Contribute directly to enhancing and streamlining clients’ payroll operations and processes.
• Analyze intricate technical and operational issues, break down complex concepts, and provide clear, practical insights.
• Maintain high standards of quality across all project deliverables within a structured consulting delivery model.
• Build and nurture strong working relationships with enterprise client stakeholders while mentoring junior project team members.

• Workforce Software Configuration Certification (Strictly Required).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workforce Software system configuration and implementation.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of ADP systems and workforce management technologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder authorized to work on our direct W2 without sponsorship.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and translate business requirements into functional software configurations., * SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification.
• Prior experience in management consulting or a Big 4 consulting environment.
• Proven track record advising enterprise clients on leading HR practices, workforce management strategy, and operational transformation.

Prior management consulting or Big 4 project delivery experience.
