  • Strong content strategy and information architecture skills
  • Experience designing accessible, user-centred digital content
  • Experience working across end-to-end user journeys
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing and Accessibility teams
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design and accessibility
  • Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and cross-functional impact
  • GDS/government or health experience would be beneficial
