Job description
Supports the administration and tracking of enterprise technology assets including hardware, software, SaaS, mobility devices, and telecom services. Maintains accurate inventory records and documentation to support provisioning, billing validation, and asset lifecycle activities., Assists in maintaining inventory records for hardware, software, mobile devices, and telecom assets.
Supports asset tagging, tracking, and deployment documentation for devices and telecom services.
Assists with reconciliation of asset assignments and lifecycle status changes.
Supports telecom billing validation and asset documentation processes.
Supports secure device retirement, SIM deactivation, and asset disposal documentation.
Maintains asset records within Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and tracking tools for hardware and mobility assets.
Collaborates with Service Delivery and Procurement teams to support device provisioning and telecom activation activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
