Warehouse Inventory Specialist

As a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, you will oversee inventory management processes within our distribution center. This role is vital in ensuring accurate stock levels, optimizing supply chain operations, and supporting efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and experience in warehouse management systems to enhance our inventory control and logistics functions.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across assigned locations
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Track product movement and identify shrink opportunities
• Assist with ordering and replenishment processes
• Ensure accurate inventory records within company systems
• Generate, review, and analyze inventory reports
• Work closely with store leadership to maintain proper stock levels
• Assist with the implementation, training, and ongoing management of inventory control systems
• and processes
• Develop and standardize inventory procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Support new store setups, product transitions, and special projects

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Warehousing technology implementation?, * Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Experience with inventory management systems and process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication and training skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
• Previous inventory, retail, warehouse, auditing, or supply chain experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations as needed
