EY is a platform from which you can take ownership of ServiceNow and other technological offerings, bringing these to market together with business colleagues. Through this, you will acquire the skills necessary to eventually operate, for example, as a platform owner or practice lead.
As the foundation of this transition, we are seeking colleagues who can effectively function as a Manager ServiceNow within our ServiceNow practice. As a Manager ServiceNow, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Translating business requirements into (custom) technical designs
- Leading offshore implementation teams
- Ensuring that solutions are implemented according to design and that results meet business requirements
- Defining and promoting best practices in implementation as well as (agile) ways of working
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development
- Collaborating with non-technical disciplines to achieve optimal solutions (such as experience designers, risk & cyber consultants, operational teams)
- Advising clients on how technology can enhance efficiency, sustainability, and business success

Requirements
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree
- At least 5 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, preferably in the areas of risk or security operations
- You are comfortable in client conversations, pre-sales, communication, and leading and guiding technical teams
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week
