Head of Privacy Capabilities and Technology

• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD, * 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, CRM, IGP or other relevant certification preferred
• 7-10 years’ experience required
• Experience working on large-scale global projects
• Strong capability for summarizing and presenting key decision-points
• Strong technical aptitude
• Exercises independent judgement

Technical:

• Verbal and written communication skills that bridge the gap between business and technology stakeholders and terminology
• Problem solving skills with the ability to conceptualize solutions (Required)
• Knowledge of tool design techniques and principles for systems implementations
• Strong aptitude with computer software, such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise content management systems, data and record repositories
• Understanding inter-dependencies of application data.

The estimated salary range for this position is $188,400.00 to $ 301,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
