Job description
Seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large-scale web modernization and governance initiative. This fully remote role will help drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, process documentation, and user adoption across campus. < data-start=ā395ā data-end=ā420ā>Key Responsibilities
- Support OCM activities for web modernization and governance initiatives
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and change management plans
- Coordinate communications, readiness, and adoption activities
- Develop training materials, FAQs, job aids, and process documentation
- Support governance workflows, intake processes, and operational readiness
- Collaborate with project teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Track risks, stakeholder concerns, and adoption barriers
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent experience in OCM, Communications, Business, IT, HR, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, or project coordination
- Experience supporting large-scale organizational or digital transformation initiatives
< data-start=ā1264ā data-end=ā1293ā>Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education, public sector, or complex enterprise environments
- Familiarity with web governance, website modernization, or digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, intake workflows, or ServiceNow processes
- Prosci, ADKAR, or other OCM certification/coursework preferred
