Job description

Are you an experienced Capture Artist with strong game capture, graphic design and visual storytelling skills?

Join a leading game studio on a contract basis to create high-impact visual content for a major open-world RPG. You’ll work as part of a media and community team, producing compelling screenshots, social assets and promotional visuals that engage players and support marketing campaigns.

About the role You will play a key role in creating visually striking marketing assets, including screenshots, video content and 2D promotional materials. Working closely with capture artists, developers and creative leads, you’ll help define and maintain the visual identity of marketing and community content. This role combines technical game capture with strong graphic design and editorial skills.

What you’ll do

  • Capture and edit high-quality gameplay screenshots and footage across platforms and in-engine tools
  • Develop visual concepts, storyboards and 2D assets for marketing and social media
  • Apply graphic design principles to ensure clarity, consistency and brand alignment
  • Collaborate with creative teams to stage, compose and capture engaging game content
  • Edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Refine visual outputs based on feedback to meet high production standards
  • Stay up to date with trends in gaming, motion design and digital content

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating 2D marketing art for games or entertainment
  • Experience capturing gameplay screenshots and video assets
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual content for marketing or community use

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Solid graphic design fundamentals including composition, typography and visual storytelling
  • Ability to create engaging and visually consistent promotional content
  • Experience with gameplay capture, composition and image editing
  • Strong attention to detail and quality

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cinematic or sequencing tools such as Unreal, Unity or MotionBuilder
  • Interest or background in photography
  • Experience with motion design and video editing workflows
