@ Handling and resolving 2nd-level tickets in the Workplace Services domain (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, IE/Edge, End-User Support). @ Prompt, accurate, and customer-oriented processing of ServiceNow tickets, including careful documentation of solutions. @ Creating and maintaining documentation for the 1st-level support team. @ Close collaboration with other support units to ensure smooth IT operations. @ The majority of support activities will be conducted in English., 3-4 days a week after initial onboarding period (but according to the specific needs that may arise from the perspective of project development, department, clients, and/or partners). We’re looking for several 2nd level support Engineers for its global operations in Valencia. They will be responsible for 2nd level support specialized on Microsoft Workplace solutions. Working Experience @ Min 4 years of proven experience in 2nd level workplace support or a similar role. @ Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and End-User Support services. Soft skills @ Strong quality and service orientation, structured and independent working style. @ Enjoyment of customer contact, professional appearance, and quick comprehension. @ Team player with motivation to work in a dynamic environment., @ Spanish: At least B2-C1. @ English: At least B2-C1. @ German is a strong plus, but not required. Job location Valencia area. European Union citizen: otherwise, a valid job permit is mandatory.
