Drive Test Engineer

• Conduct LTE, 5G NR, and VoLTE drive testing activities.
• Perform single-site verification (SSV), cluster testing, mobility testing, and market acceptance testing.
• Collect network performance data using drive test tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot RF coverage, interference, handover, and throughput issues.

• Analyze KPIs including: *

• Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR)
• Call Drop Rate (CDR)
• Handover Success Rate
• Data Throughput
• RF Coverage and Quality Metrics
• Prepare daily, weekly, and final test reports.
• Work closely with RF Engineers, Integration Teams, Construction Teams, and Project Managers.
• Validate new site integrations, carrier additions, and network upgrades.
• Travel extensively to project locations as required.

Integer Telecom Services is seeking an experienced Drive Test Engineer to support wireless network testing, optimization, and performance validation for Tier-1 wireless carriers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LTE and 5G network testing, route planning, data collection, and post-processing analysis., * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in wireless drive testing and network performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of LTE, 5G NR, VoLTE, and RF fundamentals.
• Experience with wireless network KPIs and optimization concepts.
• Ability to work independently in the field and support multiple projects.

• Understanding of PCI, Neighbor Relations, Carrier Aggregation, and NSA/SA 5G testing.

Physical Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
