Flutter Mobile Application Development Software Debugging Dart React Native

Train and assist team engineers in developmental skills, and contribute to team growth.
Promote inclusive collaborations, consult with business analysts and/or users to gather information about application needs, objectives, functions, features, and requirements.
Work with team members to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications to meet needs.
Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about developed software.
Train internal and end users and monitor applications after implementation.
Write and maintain technical documentation to describe program development, coding, testing, changes, and corrections, installation, and operation of developed software.

8+ years of experience in development with an emphasis on native mobile application development.
Extensive React Native and native mobile development experience, along with a proven track record of leading multiple mobile engineering teams
Any experience with Flutter / Dart would be plus.
2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead capacity with direct reports and responsibility for assigning tasks, mentoring, leading projects, etc.
Experience leading platform-wide initiatives and providing estimations for the tasks.
Define best code standards, ensure development standards are adhered (i.e., coding syntax, look and feel, commenting methods).
