Data Operations Manager

You will join a collaborative team where data and technology play a key role in project delivery.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing data operations and supporting the delivery of quantitative research programmes.Key responsibilities include: Managing survey scripting, data processing, reporting operations, and workflow delivery Improving automation processes, tools, and data pipelines Identifying delivery risks and supporting quality assurance

processes Coordinating priorities across multiple projects Working with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Supporting the development of operational processes and best practices Using technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloadsYour Skills & Experience Commercial experience within data operations, research operations, or data processing Hands-on experience using SPSS for data analysis and reporting Experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation, automation, and workflow improvement Strong data cleaning, transformation, and quality assurance skills Experience with survey scripting platforms such as Qualtrics, Forsta, Decipher, or similar Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with APIs or workflow automation tools would be beneficialWhat They Offer Salary up to £55,000 Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the London office Opportunities for career development and progression
