Contract Product Owner - SC Cleared

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in central government project delivery who can work closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and help deliver effective digital solutions., As Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering products within a central government environment. You’ll work with delivery teams, business stakeholders and technical colleagues to ensure priorities are clear and solutions meet user and business needs., * Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring work aligns with business objectives.

• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, business needs and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to support successful project delivery.
• Facilitate refinement sessions, sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
• Manage competing priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
• Support continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

• Full, current SC clearance is essential. Candidates must hold valid, in-date Security Check clearance.
• Proven experience working as a Product Owner within central government projects or programmes.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
