Job description

A leading university in Birmingham is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to keep their people data accurate, secure, and working hard for the business - iTrent experience is essential for this one.

If you know your way around iTrent and enjoy being the person who makes HR systems actually work, this is a great fixed-term opportunity within a well-respected institution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and maintaining the iTrent HR system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Supporting system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Producing reports and data extracts for the wider HR team
  • Acting as a go-to point of contact for system queries across the university
