????????Scopely is a global video game and interactive entertainment company that creates, develops, publishes, and live-operates games across mobile, web, PC, and console.Its in-house creative agency, Flamed, produces creative materials for the global marketing needs of Scopely’s games.??????Lead and oversee motion design projects for the Scopely Explore portfolio from concept through final delivery Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and internal and external artists to ensure quality, consistency, and on-brand execution Provide artistic and technical direction on motion design, animation, and compositing Review and guide vendors to ensure alignment with brand visual identity and performance goals Mentor and support internal artists in their creative and technical growth Contribute to visual development, style frames, and storyboards, setting the artistic tone for each piece Work with attention to detail in a constructive cross-feedback environment ??????????7+ Years of experience in motion design, animation, or related fields At least 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role An excellent video reel demonstrating expert-level motion design and animation Proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render Engine, and Photoshop Excellent art direction, storytelling, and visual taste Solid understanding of team coordination in creative environments Excellent communication skills in English A collaborative mindset and passion for creative excellence Nice to have: Passion for mobile games, especially Pokémon GO, Monster Hunter Now, and Pikmin Bloom hands-on experience using Unreal Engine to produce cinematic-quality renders additional knowledge of Unity strong understanding of Social Media, Performance Marketing, and User Acquisition creatives proactive interest in AI-assisted design tools and their creative applications ???????No conditions specified#J-*****-Ljbffr
