Job description

Lead the design, implementation, and support of Kubernetes-based production environments.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions utilizing Terraform.
Establish reliability standards including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to improve system scalability, security, and performance.
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on SRE best practices.
Drive automation efforts to reduce operational overhead and improve platform stability.

Requirements

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
7+ years of infrastructure, cloud engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
Expertise with Kubernetes administration and orchestration.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
Experience supporting cloud environments within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of observability tools, incident management processes, and system performance tuning.
Previous leadership or team lead experience.

Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience
