AI Transformation Lead

Lead this private healthcare Group’s AI transformation agenda, identifying and delivering AI opportunities that improve patient experience, clinical effectiveness, operational efficiency and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s AI strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Identify, prioritise and deliver high-value AI use cases across clinical, operational and corporate functions.
• Lead AI pilots through to scalable implementation and measurable benefits.
• Partner with clinicians, operational leaders, technology, data, risk and compliance teams.
• Establish practical governance for responsible, secure and effective use of AI.
• Evaluate AI technologies, vendors and strategic partnerships.
• Drive adoption, change and AI capability across the organisation.
• Track business cases, ROI and measurable transformation outcomes.

• Proven experience leading AI, digital or technology transformation in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and its practical business applications.
• Experience delivering transformation from strategy through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work credibly with senior executives and clinical professionals.
• Experience in private healthcare or another highly regulated environment desirable.
