IT Support Engineer

• As IT SUPPORT ENGINEER, you will be responsible for the implementation, coordination and supervision of hardware, software, and telecommunication equipment onsite. By doing this, you ensure qualitative and timely delivery of this service to the different users in the organization.
• You shall maintain IT operating services under SLA, managing the IT assets onsite and align (local) requirements to standard tools and policies defined by IT KUO.
• You shall have a direct reporting line to the corporate IT KUO department in TREMEC Mexico.
• Managing all hardware & software for the whole site (updates, lease expiration, replacement, maintenance, inventories, …).
• First line IT support, guaranteeing the operation of devices.
• Advise and provide technical support to users, customers, and services.
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
• Install and maintain corporate IT tools (Antivirus, Software Control, etc.) in coordination with the IT team in Mexico.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.), After a positive answer, we will set up a meeting with HR to discuss your motivation and expectations as well as a second screening with one of our IT colleagues, in which your technical knowlegde and skills will be put to the test.

Do you have experience in Telecommunication?, * You have a background and interest in IT.

• You have experience with/in: *

• MS Office 365 package installed both in the cloud and locally and SharePoint.
• Setup & maintenance of Windows and Linux on real & virtual machines.
• Setup & configuration of commonly used applications, such as Active Directory, antivirus, anti-spam and back-up systems.
• Expansion & migration of IT systems.
• You can work independently and have good verbal & written communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
• You have an analytical mindset, and you work in a structured way.
• You are available in July & August to support our IT team.
