  • Take responsibility for the quality, performance and successful delivery of hardware products.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record leading and growing digital hardware design teams.
  • Strong experience in ASIC and/or FPGA development, including architecture RTL design, and verification.
  • The ability to balance technical leadership, organisational development and project delivery.
  • Experience recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing engineering teams.
  • A strong understanding of hardware development methodologies, design flows and engineering best practice.
  • A leader who enjoys developing people, improving organisations and enabling others to succeed.

Desirable Experience

  • Communications, wireless infrastructure, 5G/6G, satellite communications or DSP-based products.
  • Semiconductor IP development and licensing businesses.
  • Introduction of AI-based engineering tools and development automation.
  • Scaling engineering teams through periods of significant growth.

If you’re at your best building high-performing engineering teams, influencing technical direction and creating the capability needed to deliver world-class products, then we would be keen to speak with you.

Job Benefits
