You will be responsible for building, maintaining and improving customer WordPress websites, taking projects from initial requirements through to fully functional, responsive and user-friendly websites. Working alongside developers, graphic designers and copywriters, you will translate customer requirements into effective digital solutions. The role offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your WordPress development expertise while expanding your knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, website security, performance and responsive web development., * Build professional, fully functional and user-friendly WordPress websites from initial concept through to completion.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand website requirements, expectations and desired project outcomes.
• Attend customer meetings and translate business requirements into effective website functionality and digital experiences.
• Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters and other creative colleagues to deliver high-quality website projects.
• Maintain, update and improve existing WordPress websites, recommending new features to enhance navigation, usability and functionality.
• Apply web development best practices to deliver secure, fast and responsive websites across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Maintain and develop technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other relevant web development technologies.
• Stay informed about web development trends, technologies and software while continually developing your technical skill set.

• Strong interest in WordPress development, digital marketing and creating high-quality websites.
• Knowledge of WordPress and relevant web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
