eCommerce Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end eCommerce technology projects from requirements and planning through development, testing, launch, and post-production support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Agile projects, cross-functional technical teams, onsite/offshore delivery, and complex eCommerce platforms and integrations., * Manage eCommerce projects through requirements, planning, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, risks, dependencies, and status reports.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, requirements, priorities, timelines, and change requests.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams, ensuring effective communication, task allocation, quality, and timely delivery.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders, including progress, risks, decisions, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate across design, development, QA, security, infrastructure, and production-support teams.
• Manage release planning, go-live readiness, cutover, rollback plans, hypercare, and post-launch activities.
• Monitor post-launch issues, site performance, checkout errors, conversion funnel behavior, and customer-service impacts.
• Work closely with technical teams on APIs, system integrations, cloud environments, CI/CD, security, performance, data flows, and production support.
• Understand and manage key eCommerce customer journeys, including product search, browsing, product pages, cart, checkout, payments, shipping, order tracking, returns, promotions, loyalty, and customer accounts.

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, or Scrum leadership.
• 6+ years of experience delivering eCommerce projects.
• Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience coordinating onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, systems integration, APIs, and customer journeys.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, dependencies, scope, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Experience with release management, production support, go-live, and post-launch activities.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD, security, performance, and technical data flows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and proactively handle project risks and escalations.
