Job description

  • Gestionar solicitudes del área de Ingeniería de Calidad.
  • Coordinar la destrucción de documentación física.
  • Generar y validar contraseñas espejo para dedicaciones.
  • Asignar responsables de Calidad según materiales.
  • Digitalizar documentación y cargarla en SAP.
  • Revisar documentación y preparar paquetes documentales de entrega.
  • Abrir informes de reparación y realizar seguimiento administrativo.

Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en soporte administrativo.
  • Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint y Word).
  • Persona organizada, proactiva, detallista y con alta capacidad para gestionar información confidencial.
  • Valorable experiencia en entornos industriales, calidad o documentación técnica.
