Job description

Focus on client desktop systems deployment and administration.
Manage mobile devices and print management.
Provide in-person and phone support.
Provide personal solutions consulting.
Participate in project implementation, technical training, and knowledge management.
Perform security administration.
Use and update Support Ticketing System.
