SMT Programmer

Create, update, and maintain SMT machine programs. Program equipment such as stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, SPI/AOI, and reflow ovens. Review BOMs, Gerber files, assembly drawings, component IDs, and X-Y coordinates. Transfer programs to SMT equipment and verify program accuracy. Troubleshoot programming and production issues. Fine-tune programs to improve production efficiency and quality. Support Engineering and Production teams with SMT-related issues. Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and 5S practices. Maintain accurate programming documentation.

2+ years of experience in SMT programming or PCB manufacturing preferred. Experience with SMT equipment and programming software. Knowledge of PCB assembly and SMT manufacturing processes. Ability to read BOMs, Gerber files, and assembly drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word. IPC knowledge or certification is a plus. English proficiency required; Mandarin is a plus.
