- Experience as an Enterprise Architect
- Experience with system diagramming and modeling using
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow modules including
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP
- Proven experience architecting and implementing complex
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified
- Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred
- Knowledge on UI Policies, and UIActions Roles and Access
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM process
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
