Job description

Orchestrate AI agents to build and deliver solutions at speed
Take AI projects from PoC through to production-ready MVP
Build data pipelines and ML workflows
Train, deploy and monitor ML models
Develop and deploy cloud-based web services, ideally on Azure
Integrate solutions with client systems
Translate business challenges into practical technical solutions
Work closely with clients and internal engineering squads

Requirements

3+ years’ experience building scalable, production-grade software
Strong Python and SQL skills
Hands-on production ML experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
Experience with secure web applications and PostgreSQL
Comfortable working with AI agents, Claude Code and AI evals
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
C1+ German for client communication
