Job description

Based on-site, the 3rd Line Engineer will be supporting circa 650 users to provide a mix of BAU and Project support across a primarily on-prem Infrastructure., The role would suit someone with an all round skill set focused with a background of supporting on-prem Infrastructure (Windows, VMware Storage, Backups, Networks) and who has a few years Azure experience/M365.

Day to day the role will be providing BAU Support but you will also be involved in various Projects eg upgrades, migrations, installations.

  • O365 (Entra, Intune/MDM, AD/Entra, Exchange Online
