Job description

Develop and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to address business problems.
Perform data analysis, modelling, feature engineering and experimentation.
Build and productionise ML/AI models and solutions.
Work with large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
Apply relevant AI/ML, data and cloud technologies across end-to-end solutions.
Collaborate with client, consulting and engineering teams in integrated squads.
Monitor, optimise and enhance models and solutions in production.
Communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to business and client stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Data Science and statistical modelling.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant ML frameworks/libraries.
Experience with GenAI / LLMs / Agentic AI will be highly preferred.
Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies and ML deployment/MLOps.
Proven experience taking models/solutions from development through production deployment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in client-facing, cross-functional squads.
